The Vault Exchange

Verified buyers. Verified sellers.

A principal-only, off-market introduction service for exceptional assets. Every party is verified before any introduction — and nothing is ever listed publicly.

PRINCIPALS ONLY. NO BROKERS. NO INTERMEDIARY MANDATES.

01 / How it works

01

Apply

Request access as a buyer, investor or seller. Complete the full vetting application and upload required verification evidence privately before access.

02

Verify

Buyers verify funds. Sellers verify ownership. Every party signs an NDA before any detail is disclosed.

03

Approved access

Applications are reviewed personally. Approval is never automatic, and no asset information is shared before verification is complete.

04

Direct introduction

Verified principals are introduced directly and confidentially. No mandates, no broker chains, no publicly listed assets.

02 / Application interests

Exceptional assets, by introduction only.

These categories describe the interests applicants may apply under — they are not claims of available inventory, and the Exchange does not publish listings of any kind.

03 / The standard

Proof of funds

Buyers and investors demonstrate the capacity to complete before any seller is approached.

Proof of ownership

Sellers demonstrate clear ownership and authority to sell before any buyer is approached.

NDA before disclosure

No asset details, identities or terms are shared with any party before a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

Principals only

No mandates, no broker chains, no intermediaries speaking for intermediaries. You deal with the principal, introduced directly.

Off-market only

Nothing on the Exchange is publicly listed. Currently publicly listed assets are not eligible. Historical listings and liens are disclosed for personal review.

Fees

After your full application and uploads are successfully submitted, your private Fees & next steps screen explains the relevant schedule. Fees are agreed in writing before any introduction. No payment is taken through this website, and the Exchange does not offer securities transactions.
