Describe the occasion
Include your event date, venue, planned arrival and departure times, and whether the vehicle is for transport, photographs or both.
Confirm venue access
Check parking and access requirements with your venue. Share any restrictions with the concierge before the final arrangements are approved.
Coordinate the handover
Include the photographer’s timing, any delivery address and your preference for rental or chauffeur service. Do not assume a date is reserved until it is confirmed.
How requests work
Verify your email and complete your contact profile before requesting a booking. Share your dates and pickup or delivery preference.
Submitting a request does not confirm availability. The asset owner confirms availability before the Vault team finalizes pricing. No payment is taken with the request.
Confirm the final terms
Ask the concierge to confirm mileage allowances, insurance and license requirements, deposits, delivery charges, taxes and other fees for the selected vehicle. Do not assume a displayed rate is the complete total.
