Confirm the rental amount, taxes, deposits, delivery, mileage and any additional charges before accepting the arrangement. Fees and allowances are not established by the headline rate.

How requests work

Verify your email and complete your contact profile before requesting a booking. Share your dates and pickup or delivery preference.

Submitting a request does not confirm availability. The asset owner confirms availability before the Vault team finalizes pricing. No payment is taken with the request.

Confirm the final terms

Ask the concierge to confirm mileage allowances, insurance and license requirements, deposits, delivery charges, taxes and other fees for the selected vehicle. Do not assume a displayed rate is the complete total.
